Garlic Chilli Mushroom is a stir fry and spicy indo Chinese recipe. This is a really quick, easy recipe filled with garlic flavour plus the mushrooms are not deep fried here. The unique garlic flavor of this recipe will definitely make you to have this dish.

Ingredients
  

  • For the Red Sauce
  • 10 to Dry Red Chillies
  • 10 to Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbp Sea Salt/Rock Salt
  • 1 Tbp Sugar
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • For the Stir Fry
  • 1 Pack Button Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion medium
  • Coriander Leaves/Spring Onion handful
  • oil 3 tsp

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add red chilli, garlic, salt,sugar, and squeeze the lemon
  • make a fine paste
  • In a pan heat the oil and saute the onion
  • add the chili paste and allow to cook until the raw smell comes out. if required add 1/2 glass of water
  • add mushroom, mix it and allow to cook for 10 mins
  • allow to cook until the water get dry.
  • Now garlic chilli mushroom is ready, serve with chapati, roti
