heat the oil in the pan and saute the small onion, tomato, cumin seed, curry masala
grind it and make a fine paste
heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard, fennel seed, curry leaves and saute the slice onion for 2 mins
add ginger garlic paste and mix well
add salt and turmeric powder and mix well
add the masala and mix it
add chicken, mix well and allow to cook for 3 mins in medium flame until the water get dissolved from chicken
add coconut paste and mix it
add required water and allow to cook until the chicken get cooked and water get dry. then add chicken masala, black pepper and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
now nattu kozhi varuval is ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves
