Make dough with maida, salt and water
chop the onion and tomato
heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion for 2 mins
add capsicum and mix well
add egg and mix it
add salt, black pepper, garam masala and cumin seed powder and mix well
allow to cook until it get scrambled
From a dough take small ball and roll it in straight
Stuff the masala
Roll it
Dip in maida and cornflour
Spread the bread crumbs
Heat the oil and deep fry it
Now crispy egg roll is ready
