Crispy Egg Roll

Chinese Egg Rolls are crispy and crunchy. Easy and fast to make this egg roll recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • For Dough
  • Maida 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • to stuff
  • Egg 3 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • capsicum 1 no.
  • black pepper 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 3 tsp
  • bread crumbs 1/4 cup
  • maida 1 tbsp
  • corn flour 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Make dough with maida, salt and water
  • chop the onion and tomato
  • heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion for 2 mins
  • add capsicum and mix well
  • add egg and mix it
  • add salt, black pepper, garam masala and cumin seed powder and mix well
  • allow to cook until it get scrambled
  • From a dough take small ball and roll it in straight
  • Stuff the masala
  • Roll it
  • Dip in maida and cornflour
  • Spread the bread crumbs
  • Heat the oil and deep fry it
  • Now crispy egg roll is ready
