Tapioca Pudding/Kappa Pudding
Tapioca pudding is a sweet pudding that made with tapioca and milk. Tapioca pudding is one of those comfort foods that conjures up happy childhood memories. It’s actually really easy to make.

Condensed milk

China grass
Instructions
Cook the tapioca in water until it become soft and smash it with a wooden spoon.
Heat milk in a pan,once it comes to boil add sugar and condensed milk.
Dissolve the china grass in some hot water and pour it in to boiling milk
Pour the milk mixture into smashed tapioca and mix well.
Pour it into a tray and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
Tapioca pudding/kappa pudding is ready to serve.
