Tapioca pudding is a sweet pudding that made with tapioca and milk. Tapioca pudding is one of those comfort foods that conjures up happy childhood memories. It’s actually really easy to make.

  • Cook the tapioca in water until it become soft and smash it with a wooden spoon.
  • Heat milk in a pan,once it comes to boil add sugar and condensed milk.
  • Dissolve the china grass in some hot water and pour it in to boiling milk
  • Pour the milk mixture into smashed tapioca and mix well.
  • Pour it into a tray and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
  • Tapioca pudding/kappa pudding is ready to serve.
