Red Chilly Egg Curry
Red chilly egg curry is the best and simple way to serve rrcipe in less time,when you have sudden gusts this will prove one of the best way to fill your dining table.serve with chappati,naan,roti etc.

5 Egg hard boiled and peel off their shells 2 Onion 3 Tomato 3 Green chilly 5 Shallots 1 clove Garlic 2 tsp Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Mustard 3 tbsp Oil Coriander leaves little Curry leaves little Salt to taste
Take all the ingredients and keep aside
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard in it,when it starts spluttering add shallots and garlic into it.fry it for a minute and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan,add onion and saute until it becomes soft and light brown in color.
Add tomato,green chilli and saute again for 3-4 minutes
Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and saute until the raw smell goes off
Add water,curry leaves,coriander leaves and let it boil
When it starts boil,cut the egg into two pieces and add into it. cook it till the gravy gets thicken
Remove it from flame and serve hot
