Ingredients

Instructions
Soak rice for 1 hour, Wash well, drain and dry it in shade.
Run it in a mixer and powder it.
Heat water, add a pinch of salt and pour the boiling water to the rice mixture and make a dough.
Roast sesame seeds and grated coconut with little ghee.
Grind to a powder with jaggery.
Pluck small balls of the dough, fill with jaggery powder and close all sides. Steam it for 5 minutes.
Serve modhagams.
