Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Raw Rice
  • 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
  • 3/4 cup Jaggery
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Coconut
  • 2 and Water

Instructions
 

  • Soak rice for 1 hour, Wash well, drain and dry it in shade.
  • Run it in a mixer and powder it.
  • Heat water, add a pinch of salt and pour the boiling water to the rice mixture and make a dough.
  • Roast sesame seeds and grated coconut with little ghee.
  • Grind to a powder with jaggery.
  • Pluck small balls of the dough, fill with jaggery powder and close all sides. Steam it for 5 minutes.
  • Serve modhagams.
