Paneer Dried Masala

Paneer dried masala is an easy recipe. Paneer dried masala goes well with chapathi.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Paneer
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger / garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Fennel powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 1 Green chilli
  • Cardamom leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Soak the paneer in hot water for half an hour, drain it ,scrambled and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, ginger, garlic paste and saute it. Then add tomato and green chilli saute and mix it well.
  • Now add all the above mentioned powders, saute for a minute and add coriander leaves.
  • Finally add the scrambled paneer and stir until it become dry.
  • Paneer Dried Masala is ready. Serve hot with chapathi.
