Cut the boiled Tapioca into small piece
In a bowl add maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt and water
Make a batter
Heat the oil in the pan and take one by one tapioca pieces, dip in the batter and deep fry it
In a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed
Add green chili, curry leaves and 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix it
Add tomato sauce and 1/4 glass of water and mix it and allow to boil
Add fried Tapioca and mix well
Now Tapioca Fritter masala is ready
