Tapioca Fritter Masala

Tapioca Fritter masala is my own recipe which is delicious and yummy. this is a good starter. The Tapioca lovers will love to have this recipe. this recipe is healthy too..

Ingredients
  

  • Boiled Tapioca 1 cup
  • maida 2 tbsp
  • corn flour 2 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry
  • cumin seed 1/4 tsp
  • green chili 2 no.
  • curry leaves 4 no.
  • tomato sauce 2 tsp
  • sesame seed to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cut the boiled Tapioca into small piece
  • In a bowl add maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt and water
  • Make a batter
  • Heat the oil in the pan and take one by one tapioca pieces, dip in the batter and deep fry it
  • In a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed
  • Add green chili, curry leaves and 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix it
  • Add tomato sauce and 1/4 glass of water and mix it and allow to boil
  • Add fried Tapioca and mix well
  • Now Tapioca Fritter masala is ready
