Ingredients
  

  • For Preparing Dough:
  • 1 Cup All purpose flour(Maida)
  • As reqd Salt
  • As reqd Water
  • For Preparing Stuffing:
  • 1 no. Carrot
  • 1 no. Potato
  • 5 nos. Beans
  • 1/2 of one Capsicum
  • 1/2 of one Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • As reqd Salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a dough with maida, salt and water.
  • Finely chop the onion, carrot, beans, potato and capsicum.
  • Heat little oil in a pan and saute the onion.
  • Add chopped vegetables and saute well.
  • Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and garam masala.
  • Cook the vegetables until it gets cooked in oil.
  • Pluck small balls from the dough and roll them as shown in image.
  • Stuff the veg masala in each round.
  • Start folding in the shape of momos forming the pleats one by one.
  • Cook the Veg Momos in steamer for 15 mins.
  • Now veg momos is ready to serve.
