Steamed Vegetable Momo Recipe is an authentic, simple, quick & delicious recipe from the North Eastern India. I simply enjoyed the swiftness with which she made these the very first time.They make a perfect snack for the kids and an appetizer for parties.

  • Make a dough with maida, salt and water
  • finely chop the onion, carrot, beans, potato and capsicum
  • heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion
  • add vegetables and mix it
  • add red chili powder, cumin powder, salt and garam masala
  • cook the vegetables until it get cooked in oil
  • from dough take small ball and roll it
  • stuff the veg masala
  • start folding and forming the pleats one by one
  • cook it in steamer for 15 mins
  • now veg momos is ready to serve
