Green Peppered Chicken
Green Peppered Chicken is a tawa fry prepared with green pepper corns.Green Peppered Chicken is really tasty and healthy.

- 500 gm Boneless chicken
- 1 tsp Ginger, garlic paste
- 1/4 cup Green pepper corns according to your choice
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil for frying
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Grind all the above mentioned ingredients along with salt and marinate the chicken pieces with this and keep it aside for 25 minutes.
Heat oil in a tawa, shallow fry the chicken pieces on low flame until it turns dark brown colour and cooked.
Green Peppered Chicken is ready. Serve hot with ghee rice or boiled rice.
