Green Peppered Chicken

Green Peppered Chicken is a tawa fry prepared with green pepper corns.Green Peppered Chicken is really tasty and healthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp Ginger, garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup Green pepper corns according to your choice
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil for frying
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grind all the above mentioned ingredients along with salt and marinate the chicken pieces with this and keep it aside for 25 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a tawa, shallow fry the chicken pieces on low flame until it turns dark brown colour and cooked.
  • Green Peppered Chicken is ready. Serve hot with ghee rice or boiled rice.
