Paneer Jalferez

This is north Indian recipe. This is combo for puloa and roties and pulaks. This is added more vegetables and paneer too. This is very healthy and good to all. Its rich in vitamin and calcium and colorful too. This is very simple to do with simple step here we follows

Ingredients
  

  • Carrot, capsicum and baby corn each 2
  • 1 pack Paneer
  • 1 Onion and tomato
  • 10 Cashew
  • ½ tsp Ginger and garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp Red chili, coriander, garam malasa
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Jeera

Instructions
 

  • In mixer add onion and tomato and cashew and grind well
  • In pan add oil and temper jeera and sauté ½ chopped onion
  • Now add ginger and garlic and sauté well
  • Now add carrot and baby corn and sauté well
  • Now add grind paste and sauté well
  • Add all powder and mix well and bring to boil for 10 mins
  • Add capsicum and paneer and bring to boil and turn off
  • Paneer Jalferez is ready to serve
