Baby corn 1/2 cup
Cauliflower 1/2 cup
capsicum 1/4 cup
palak 1/4 cup
Potato 1/2 cup
Chopped onion 4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chat masala 3 tsp
salt to taste
Chopped coriander 1 tsp

oil to deep fry
Instructions
Chop the capsicum, cauliflower and baby corn
make a fine paste with palak by adding little water
boil and mash the potato
In a bowl add bread and palak and mix well
Now add chopped onion, coriander, potato, cauliflower, capsicum, baby corn, ginger garlic paste, salt, chat masala
mix well
Make cylindrical shape
heat the oil and deep fry it
Now hariyali kabab is ready to serve
