Palak Cutlet

Palak Cutlet is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Snack. It is a perfect dish to serve in front of guests. Also it has its special place in cocktail and mock-tail parties.

Ingredients
  

  • Baby corn 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower 1/2 cup
  • capsicum 1/4 cup
  • palak 1/4 cup
  • Potato 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 3 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • bread Crumbs 1/4 cup
  • oil to deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Chop the capsicum, cauliflower and baby corn
  • make a fine paste with palak by adding little water
  • boil and mash the potato
  • In a bowl add palak paste, chopped onion, coriander, potato, cauliflower, capsicum, baby corn, ginger garlic paste, salt, chat masala
  • mix well
  • Make a round shape
  • dust with bread crumbs
  • heat the oil and deep fry it
  • Now palak cutlet is ready
