Aloo Mutter Malai Kofta
This is north Indian recipe which we can use for two in one concept. This kofta can eat as it same or can drop in malai curry which we called as malai kofta. This aloo mutter malai kofta is served for the rice, roties, naan and pulkas. It’s simple and easy with following steps to do.

2 boiled Aloo ½ cup Peas 1 tbsp Red chili 2 tbsp Corn flour 1 tbsp Garam masala 1 tsp Coriander powder Salt as per taste 1 tsp Jeera 2 grounds Onion 2 grounds Tomato ½ tsp Ginger and garlic paste 1/4 cup Cream 1 tsp Kasuri methi 1 tbsp Tomato sauce 1 tsp Sugar
In bowl add potato, peas, 1 tsp red chili powder, and salt and garam masala
Now add corn flour and mix well
And make ball shape and keep aside
Now heat the oil and drop and fry well and keep aside
Let it cool down. Kofta is ready now we make malai curry
Now reduce oil and add jeera and onion paste saute well
Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté well and add tomato sauce and tomato paste
Now add all spice powder and sugar and salt mix well let oil comes up
Now add little water and bring to boil
Now drop kofta and mix well and add kasuri methi
Now add cream mix well and turn off
Aloo mutter kofta is ready to serve
