Mushroom Baby Corn Puloa

This is simple and tasty rice. And also called as OPOS method. This is very healthy and tasty and which we can also take for lunch box and kids love this meal. We add mushroom and baby corn and also little capsicum so we get more protein and vitamins. We follow simple steps

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Mushroom
  • 6 chopped Baby corn
  • 1 chopped Capsicum
  • 2 chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic
  • ½ hand Mint and coriander
  • ½ cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Red chili
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 Green chili
  • 2 cups Basmathi rice
  • 4 tbsp Ghee and oil
  • 1 Whole garam masala

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil and ghee temper whole garam masala and onion and sauté well
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté well
  • Now add mushroom and baby corn and capsicum sauté well
  • Now add red chili and salt mix well
  • Now add curd and sauté well when oil comes out add mint and coriander
  • Now add required water 1:2 and when it boils add rice
  • Close lid and cook well and release the pressure and mix gently
  • Mushroom baby corn puloa is ready to serve
