  1. In pan add oil and ghee temper whole garam masala and onion and sauté well

  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté well

  3. Now add mushroom and baby corn and capsicum sauté well

  4. Now add red chili and salt mix well

  5. Now add curd and sauté well when oil comes out add mint and coriander

  6. Now add required water 1:2 and when it boils add rice
