Okra Fry

A healthy vegetarian North Indian side dish which goes well with rice or roti.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Okra Ladies Finger
  • 1 no Onion
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt

For Filling:

  • 50 gms Roasted bengal gram
  • 10 nos Whole red chillies
  • 6-7 nos Garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tsp oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Grind the dry ingredients for filling. Fill the powder inside the ladies finger.
  • Saute curry leaves, onion and salt in oil.
  • Add the filled ladies finger.
  • Saute again for 10 mins in low flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves serve hot.
