Lemon & Honey, some may think honey in a chicken, thats weird. but i am telling you, it is not at all weird, its heavenly. In this recipe honey doesn't give overall sweetness like it gives to pastries and cakes. It somehow cuts the tanginess of the lemon and balances the whole lot. It also helps the chicken go wonderfully caramalize and makes it finger licking good
In a bowl, add chicken leg pieces, honey, squeeze the lemon, oregano, chili flakes, red chili powder, maida, corn flour and salt and mix well and marinate for 1 hour
in a baking tray apply oil and place the aluminium foil and again apply oil and place the marinated chicken pieces
preheat the oven for 10 mins in 230c and place the baking tray and bake it both the side by applying oil for 15 mins each. and grill it both the side for 5 mins
