Keerai Medhu Vadai
Keerai vadai is a very popular tea time snack in South India. You can prepare keerai vada by adding keerai to parupu vada or ulundu vada.

- Urad dal 1 cup
- any spinach 1 cup
- onion 1 no.
- green chili 3 no.
- black pepper seed 1/2 tsp
- cumin seed 1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
- maida 2 tbsp
- corn flour 2 tbsp
- oil to deep fry
soak the urad dal for 20 mins and grind it by adding salt and limit water
finely chop the onion, spinach and green chili
in urad dal add chopped onion, green chili, cummin seed, black pepper seed, maida, and corn flour and spinach
mix well
take a some in hand and make a round shape and hole in the center
heat oil and deep fry it
now keera medhu vadai is ready to serve
