soya chunks 50 g
bread 4 slice
chopped onion 1/2 cup
chopped green chili 2 no.
besan flour 1/2 cup
maida 1 tb sp
corn flour 2 tb sp
rice flour 2 tb sp
red chili powder 1 tsp
garam masala 2 tsp
salt to taste
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
tomato sauce 3 tsp
bread crumbs 1/2 cup
oil to deep fry
Instructions
Soak the soya chunks in water for 10 mins
mash it by mixer
in a bowl add mashed soya chunks, chopped onion, green chili, maida, corn flour, besan flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and tomato sauce
mix well
take bread and cut the corner, dip in water and filter the water and stuff the soya chunks masala ball and cover it
spread the bread crumbs
heat the oil and deep fry it
now soya chunks bread ball is ready to serve, serve with ketchup
