Ingredients
  

  • soya chunks 50 g
  • bread 4 slice
  • chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • chopped green chili 2 no.
  • besan flour 1/2 cup
  • maida 1 tb sp
  • corn flour 2 tb sp
  • rice flour 2 tb sp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • tomato sauce 3 tsp
  • bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • oil to deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Soak the soya chunks in water for 10 mins
  • mash it by mixer
  • in a bowl add mashed soya chunks, chopped onion, green chili, maida, corn flour, besan flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and tomato sauce
  • mix well
  • take bread and cut the corner, dip in water and filter the water and stuff the soya chunks masala ball and cover it
  • spread the bread crumbs
  • heat the oil and deep fry it
  • now soya chunks bread ball is ready to serve, serve with ketchup
