Aloo Paneer Masala

Aloo paneer masala is a mild spicy gravy that is made in few minutes with a fantastic taste and good aroma. This mouth melting curry is prepared by making a special masala in combination of sesame seeds, peanuts and coconut. This masala helps to thicken the gravy which suits best for rotis.

Ingredients
  

  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • peanuts 1 tbsp
  • coconut grated 2 tbsp
  • fenu greek 1/4 sp
  • red chilli 2
  • shallots 1/2 cup
  • cut potato cubes 1 cup
  • cut paneer cubes 1 cup
  • fried capsicum few pieces for garnishing
  • tomato 1
  • red chilli powder 2 sp
  • coriander powder 2 sp
  • turmeric 1/4 sp
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • dry roast sesame seeds, peanuts,
  • fry coconuts along with it and grind to a paste
  • in oil saute fenu greek, red chilli,
  • add slit shallots, cut potatoes and tomato
  • add the ground to it and add red chilli powder and coriander powder, and turmeric and salt
  • when gravy thickens and boils add paneer cubes to it and simmer for few mins and serve.
