Nattu Kozhi 250 g Onion 1 no. red chili 2 no. cardamom 2 no. cinnamom small piece clove 3 no. ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp red chili powde
clean the chicken, and in a pressure cooker add chicken, salt, turmeric, red chili powder and water and allow for 2 whistle
in a pan heat the oil and ghee and temper the cardamom, clove,cinnamon and red chili
add sliced onion and saute it for 3 mins
add ginger garlic paste and mix well
add boiled chicken and mix well
now add salt and black pepper and mix it
cook for few mins until the masala get mix and cooked well
now chettinadu nattukozhi chicken fry is ready to serve
