Masala Rice Balls
Masla rice ball is steamed rice dumplings with a spicy filling.In this recipe the filling used is spicy chicken filling.try this,you will surely love it

250 g Chicken 2 cup Rice flour 3 Onion 3 Green chilly 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Red chilly powder Garam masala pinch 1/2 tsp Pepper powder 1 cup Grated coconut Curry leaves as required 2 tbsp Oil Salt to taste
Clean the chicken and marinate it with chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt as required.heat oil in a pan and deep fry it.
Mince the chicken pieces
Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion,ginger garlic paste,green chilly and curry leaves till it become soft and brown
Add minced chicken,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,garam masala and pepper powder.saute it again for 2-3 minutes
In a bowl add rice flour and salt.add water into it and knead well to a smooth dough
Make lemon size balls out of the dough and pat them into small disc.add 1 tbsp chicken masala into it
Make a small ball and roll each prepared balls in the grated coconut
Steam cook it for 20-25 minutes
Masala rice balls are ready to serve
