Masala Rice Balls

Masla rice ball is steamed rice dumplings with a spicy filling.In this recipe the filling used is spicy chicken filling.try this,you will surely love it

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Chicken
  • 2 cup Rice flour
  • 3 Onion
  • 3 Green chilly
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilly powder
  • Garam masala pinch
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 cup Grated coconut
  • Curry leaves as required
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean the chicken and marinate it with chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt as required.heat oil in a pan and deep fry it.
  • Mince the chicken pieces
  • Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion,ginger garlic paste,green chilly and curry leaves till it become soft and brown
  • Add minced chicken,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,garam masala and pepper powder.saute it again for 2-3 minutes
  • In a bowl add rice flour and salt.add water into it and knead well to a smooth dough
  • Make lemon size balls out of the dough and pat them into small disc.add 1 tbsp chicken masala into it
  • Make a small ball and roll each prepared balls in the grated coconut
  • Steam cook it for 20-25 minutes
  • Masala rice balls are ready to serve
