Ingredients
  

  • Potato 4 no.
  • Carrot 1 no.
  • beans 6 no.
  • capsicum 1/2 no.
  • besan flour 1 cup
  • maida 3 tsp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • green chili 1 no.
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves 2 tsp
  • oil 3 tsp
  • carom seed 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • peel and grate the potato
  • chop the carrot, beans, and capsicum
  • In a bowl add grate the potato, besan flour,red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, chopped green chili, ginger garlic paste, carom seed, and coriander leaves and mix well
  • now add maida and mix it
  • add chopped vegetables and mix it
  • Mix like a thick batter
  • heat the tawa and apply like dosa and cook both the side applying oil
  • now Veg Potato Pancake is ready to serve.
