Aloo Moringa Stir

Aloo moringa stir fry is a very easy ,tasty and healthy dish. It is been serve with rasam rice or sambhar rice . Aloo moringa stir is done by cooking the potatoes first and then spices are sauteed in oil along with drumstick leafs. when the leafs turn cooked potatoes are added with salt and chilli powder. It is optional to add garam masala for extra taste. This best suits with rasam rice and sambhar rice.

Ingredients
  

  • drum stick leaf 1 cup
  • potato cooked and smashed 1 cup
  • mustard 1 sp
  • red chilli 1
  • fenu greek 1/4 sp
  • jeera 1/2 sp
  • red chilli powder 1 sp
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • saute mustard, chilli fenu greek, jeera
  • add onion shallots, drumstick leafs
  • cook well untill the leafs get cooked
  • now add potato, chilli powder salt and stir well and serve
