Green Gram Sabji

Green gram sabji is for chappatis and rotis. This is yet another simple sabji to make but it is highly nutritive. Cook green gram with enough water and keep aside. Temper oil with mustard ,jeera and saute onions and tomatoes finely wit the spices an cook them in low flame . This is how are green gram sabji gets ready. finally garnish it with coriander leafs.

Ingredients
  

  • green gram cooked 1 cup
  • mustard 1 sp
  • jeera 1 sp
  • onions chop 1 1/2 cup
  • tomatoes 1 cup
  • red chilli powder 1 sp
  • coriander powder 1 sp
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • temper oil with mustard and jeera
  • add onions to it
  • add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste
  • add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt.
  • now add the cooked green gram and simmerr fame for 10 mins and serve
