Garlic Potatoes

Garlic potatoes are instantly made fries as a side to rice and rotis. They are very favorful and crispy to taste. temper oil with red chillies and fennel seeds. Then saute the crushed garlic in it untill nice aroma comes from it. Then add the cubes of potatoes with pepper, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.wait till crisp in low flame and serve.

Ingredients
  

  • potato cut cubes 1 cup
  • mustard 1 sp
  • 4 chillies 3
  • fennel seeds 1/2 sp
  • crushed garlic 2 sp
  • pepper 1/2 sp
  • red chilli 1 sp
  • turmeric 1/2 sp
  • salt to taste.

Instructions
 

  • in oil saute mustard, chilli, fennel seeds.
  • add crushed garlic to it
  • add potatoes
  • add pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt to it
  • stir fry untill cooked and serve.
