Chop the onion, tomato and green chili
par boil the soya bean/ chunks by adding salt
heat the oil in the pan and temper the cumin seeds
saute the onion for 3 mins until the onion turn the colour
add tomato and green chili and mix it
add ginger garlic paste and mix it
add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and methi leaves and mix it
allow to cook the masala
add curd and mix it
add soya bean / chunks and mix it
add besan flour and mix it
add required water for gravy and allow to cook
cook until the gravy becomes thick consistency
now soya bean gravy is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with puri
