Stuffed Bhindi Masala
Bhindi, or okra, has a mild taste that makes it well-suited for strong-flavored masala dishes. Bharwan bhindi, or stuffed bhindi, is an excellent example of this. It can be served with Rice, bread and raita as a complete vegetarian meal, or offered as a side dish.

To marinate lady's finger 100gm red chili powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp salt to taste oil 2 tsp for stuffing coconut 3 pieces ground nut 5 tsp small onion 10 no. red chili 5 no. coriander seed 2 tsp garlic 4 no. fennel seed 1 tsp salt to taste turmeric powder 1/4 tsp oil to fry
clean and cut the lady's finger but dont cut the edge
in a plate add lady's finger, red chili powder, salt, turmeric pwoder, garam masala, and oil
marinate for 10 mins
take onion, coconut, red chili, groundnut, garlic, cumin seed, coriander
make fine paste
stuff the masala in the marinated lady' finger
heat the oil and fry it
in the same oil remaining masala and mix well
allow to cook for 3 mins in medium flame
add 1 glass of water and mix it and cook it until the masala get cooked
add fried lady's finger and mix it
cook until the masala get cooked and becomes thick consistency
now stuffed bhindi masala is ready to serve
