Stuffed Bhindi Masala

Bhindi, or okra, has a mild taste that makes it well-suited for strong-flavored masala dishes. Bharwan bhindi, or stuffed bhindi, is an excellent example of this. It can be served with Rice, bread and raita as a complete vegetarian meal, or offered as a side dish.
