Aloo Gobi Sabzi

gobi 1 cup
onion 1 no.
green chili 2 no.
garlic 4 no.
cumin seed 1/2 tsp
red chili powder 1 tsp

Instructions
chop the aloo, onion, garlic and green chili
cut the cauliflower in the medium size
heat the oil in the pan and temper the cumin seed
saute the garlic and green chili
add onion and saute it for 3 mins
add aloo and mix it
add cauliflower and mix it
allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
add red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix it
allow to cook until the aloo and gobi get cooked
now aloo gobi sabzi is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapati
