This paratha is a very different one to try. This banana flower paratha is simple to make ,fiber rich and very essential for growing kids. The taste is awesome that it may not require a side dish to taste. The banana flower is cleaned and boiled in water and strained. Then it is ground with green chilli ,ginger garlic and salt. Then this mix is blend with wheat flour to make a soft dough and then it is spread like chappatis and cooked.
