cook meat with 2 sp ginger garlic paste , 2 chilli, salt 1/2 sp, turmeric
soak rice for 1/2 an hour
heat oil and ghee then add spices..
to it add green chilli and mint leafs and rest of ginger garlic paste and saute for sometime.
add onion and tomatoes and cook till soft
now add cooked meat and salt
now add 10 cups of hot water.
check salt, drain rice and add to the boiling water.
when the rice is half cooked and water level and rice level reaches the same, cover with lid and simmer it 5-6 mins
allow it to rest for another 15 mins and serve with raitha and gravy
