finely chop the onion and tomato
in a pan heat the oil and ghee
temper the mustard, bay leaf, cinnamon, clove
add onion and curry leaves and allow to fry for 5 mins until the onion change the colour
add tomato and mix well
add ginger garlic paste and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and pepper and mix well
add dove/pura and mix it
allow to cook in medium flame for 10 mins
add required water and allow to cook the dove/ pura, until the water get dry and masala get mix well with dove
garnish with coriander leaves, now dove /pura fry is ready to serve
