1 cup Semolina/rava/thari 1 Coconut grind 1 grated coconut in one litr water 1 cup Sugar 2 tsp Ghee 2 Shallots 5 Cashew nuts 5 Raisins Cardamom powder pinch Salt pinch
Heat ghee in a vessel and saute shallots,raisins and cashew nuts for 30 seconds
Pour coconut milk in to it and stirring it for one minute
Add rava,sugar,salt and cardamom powder in to the coconut milk
Stirring continuously as the mixture will get thicken
Now the delicious semolina drink is ready to serve
