Banana Egg Cake
Banana egg cake is a delicious soft and moist cake that is ridiculously easy to make.this cake can be made with whole wheat flou or mix of wheat and plain flour or just with plain flour

5 Egg 1 cup Flour 3/4 cup Sugar 1 Banana Grated coconut half cup Cardamom powder pinch Salt pinch
Cut the banana into small pieces
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and saute banana and grated coconut seperatly till light brown in colour
Beat the egg with sugar for 4-5 minutes
Add flour and cardamom powder and salt.mix until just combined.ensure there are no lumps.
Add 3/4 th portion of fried banana and grated coconut into it and whisk together.do not beat
Convert the mixture into a non stick vessel,cover the top and cook it for 20-25 minutes in low flame
Garnish the banana egg cake with remaining fried banana and grated coconut when the cake is half cooked
Serve the banana egg cake as a tea time snack
