Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Brown Rice soak
  • ¼ cup Soya chunks soak in hot water and squeeze excess water
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 3 Tomato
  • Mint and coriander little
  • 4to 5 Red chili
  • 1 Whole spice each
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt as per taste
  • ½ tsp Red chili
  • 1 Green chili
  • 2 tbsp Gingelly oil
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil and sauté whole spices and onion , green chili
  • Now add ginger garlic paste sauté well
  • Grind tomato, whole spices and keep aside
  • Now add mint and coriander leaves and mix well
  • Now add grind tomato and sauté well and add red chili powder and salt and turmeric and sauté well
  • Now add Soya chunks and add water for rice 1:2
  • When water boil add rice and cook till rice cook
  • Now the Brown rice soya chunks tomato rice ready to serve.
