Ethapazham Kootu

We can find many recipes made with ethapazham. Here it is a simple evening snack made with little ingredients. It is a healthy dish too.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ethapazham slice into small pieces
  • 1/ 4 cup Grated coconut
  • 3 tbsp Sugar according to your choice
  • 1 / Cardamom powder
  • 5 each Cashew / Raisins
  • 3 tbsp Oil / Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil / ghee in a fry pan, add the banana pieces and roast on low flame till it becomes golden brown colour.
  • Next step to prepare Ethapazham Kootu is to add cardamom powder, cashews, raisins and stir it well.
  • Add sugar and mix it well with the bananas.
  • Then add grated coconut and mix it till everything is coated with the bananas.
  • Now the Ethapazham Kootu is ready to serve. Serve it hot.
