Ethapazham Kootu
We can find many recipes made with ethapazham. Here it is a simple evening snack made with little ingredients. It is a healthy dish too.

- 3 Ethapazham slice into small pieces
- 1/ 4 cup Grated coconut
- 3 tbsp Sugar according to your choice
- 1 / Cardamom powder
- 5 each Cashew / Raisins
- 3 tbsp Oil / Ghee
Heat oil / ghee in a fry pan, add the banana pieces and roast on low flame till it becomes golden brown colour.
Next step to prepare Ethapazham Kootu is to add cardamom powder, cashews, raisins and stir it well.
Add sugar and mix it well with the bananas.
Then add grated coconut and mix it till everything is coated with the bananas.
Now the Ethapazham Kootu is ready to serve. Serve it hot.
