Carrot Cup Cake

This carrot cup cake is a basic cup cake recipe tried in cooker and it came so awesome.Making a mix of batterr with butter, sugar,vanilla essence and eggs. These whisked to a soft batter and then mixed up with sieved flour with grated carrots and baked in cooker. They are decorated with cream and choco ganache for servin
Ingredients
- butter 100 gms
- eggs 2
- sugar 100 gms
- vanilla extract 1 tbsp
- carrot grated 1 cup
- maida 100 gms
- baking powder 1 tbsp
- baking salt 1 tea sp
Instructions
- whisk butter and eggs
- add sugar and vanilla extract
- add grated carrots
- seive maida baking powder and baking salt
- add this flour to batter and mix well
- in cooker put salt with a grid and pre heat in low flame with out weight
- pour the batter and bake it 45 mins and serve with desired decration
