Kovakkai Varuval
Kovakkai Fry, Tindora Fry. A tasty, healthy and delicious fry made with kovakkai/tindora that goes well as an accompaniment to rice. Kovakkai is a very popular and common vegetable prepared in all most all the houses in South India.

Kovakkai 100gm
red chili powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
maida 1/2 tsp
corn flour 1 tsp
rice flour 1 tsp
oil 4 tsp
Instructions
cut the kovakkai
in a bowl add kovakkai, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, maida, corn flour and rice flour and mix well
heat the oil in the kadai
add kovakkai mix and allow to cook for 10 mins in medium flame
cook until the kovakkai get cooked
now kovakkai varuval is ready to serve
