Spicy Murg Malai Kabab
Murgh Malai Kabab is nothing but Creamy Chicken Tikka Kabab which is made by marinating chicken with cheese, fresh cream and spices.This malai kabab has very smooth texture and smokey flavour.

First marinating: ½ kg Chicken 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste Salt as per taste ½ tsp Lemon juice Second marinating: ½ cup Mint, coriander 5 Green chili ½ tsp Pepper 2 cubes Cheese ¼ cup Cream 4 tbsp Curd 3 tbs Corn flour
In first marinating add all mix well and rest 10 mins
Now grind mint, coriander, green chili, pepper and keep aside
Now mash cheese well with your palm
Now add grind mixture
Now add other ingredients mix well
Now mix with first marinating and rest 2 -4 hours
Now arrange chicken in skewer.
Now pre heat oven and bake for 30 mins in between turn 1 – 2 times and apply oil too.
Now the Spicy Murg Malai Kabab is ready to serve.
