Dragon Mushroom is Tasty Indo-Chinese mushroom variety and is one of the easiest preparation among them. Fried cashew nuts along with the gravy gives a delicious taste. It served as a starter and also a side dish.

Ingredients For marinating: Mushroom 1 cup 1 tsp Ginger paste 1 tsp Garlic paste Salt to taste 1 tsp Soya sauce 1 Egg white 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder 1 tbsp Corn flour 2 tbsp All purpose flour maida Other Ingredients; 2 tbsp Oil 1 big Onion 1 tbsp Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 15 nos Cashew nut chopped 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder 1 tbsp Soya sauce 1/4 cup Tomato ketchup Salt to taste Capsicum chopped few
Marinate the mushroom with ingredients under marinating for 30 minutes.
In a pan heat the oil and fry it until golden in color. don't do over fry; until Mushroom changes its color
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan; add cashew nuts, chopped ginger and garlic.
When it changes the color add onion chopped and sauté for a minute.
Add chilly powder and salt; sauté for a minute.
Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, and mix it
add fried Mushroom and mix well. and allow to cook for 5 mins
garnish with capsicum, now Dragon mushroom is ready to serve
