Egg Stuffed Bun

This is simple and easy breakfast or snack. This is very tasty and healthy. Homemade bread is always good and healthy to all. In this stuffed bun we can do much variety. This stuffed bun make with simple egg masala. It’s good in taste

Ingredients
  

For bun:

  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • ½ tsp Salt

For stuffing :

  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 Egg
  • Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • Salt as taste
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • In bowl add yeast and sugar and warm water leave it for ten mins. Its foam and keep aside
  • In flour add salt and yeast mixture and make dough. Dough will be sticky
  • Rest for 2 hours
  • Now for stuffing, heat pan add oil and sauté onion
  • Now add tomato sauce and sauté well
  • Now add all powders and mix well
  • Now add egg and cook till its crumble. Turn off and allow to cool
  • Now make small dogh and stuff egg mixture and make ball again and od others
  • Now pre heat oven and bake for 25 mins for 200 degree
  • Now Egg stuffed Bun is ready to serve
