Ingredients
  

For dough :

  • Wheat flour 1 Cup
  • Soda Pinch
  • Ajwain 1/4 Teaspoons
  • Salt 0
  • Ghee 1 Tablespoons
  • Yogurt 1/2 Cup
  • For stuffing :
  • Roasted chana dal 1/2 Cup
  • Mustard oil 1 Tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Garlic(chopped) 3 Numbers
  • Ginger (inch) 2 Piece
  • Green chilli 3 Numbers
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • In bowl add all ingredient for dough and mix well roughly
  • Now add required water to make soft dough
  • In Pan add mustard oil and temper jeera
  • Now add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli and saute well
  • Now add chopped onion and saute slightly
  • Now add lemon juice and mix well and add salt
  • Now add roasted gram powder and turn off mix well and keep aside and allow to cool
  • Now get ready with both dough and mixture
  • Now take small dough and stuff the filling in dough and close and make ball again and place all others in baking tray
  • now pre heat oven and bake for 30 mins 200 degree and remove
  • Now dip in ghee and keep aside
  • Now its ready to serve Bihari litti. serve with Chokka
