French Beans

French beans is a quite juicy recipe that it is prepared very quick and instantly. This dish is made up of spices like cumin seeds, garam masala, and aum chur powder. Here the beans are cooked without adding any water to it and yet it holds the natural moisture and gives us a yummy soft juicy curry in a velvety texture. This French beans curry can be a good combination with rotis . It is optional to add tomatoes to it and this can be done when you require more in a gravy form.

Ingredients
  

  • cumin seeds 1 sp
  • green chilli 1
  • onions chopped 1 cup
  • beans chopped 1 cup
  • turmeric 1 sp
  • salt to taste
  • garam masala 1 sp
  • red chilli powder 1 sp
  • coriander powder 1 sp
  • cumin powder 1/2 sp
  • aum chur powder 1 sp

Instructions
 

  • in oil saute cumin seeds and onions and green chillies
  • add beans to it and saute
  • add turmeric powder and salt and cover it and cook
  • when the bean is cooked add red chilli powder,garam masala,coriander powder, cumin powder and aumchur powder
  • close with lid cook it in low flame and serve
