Instructions
Cut the Idlies into small pieces
Heat Oil in a Frying pan/Cheenachatty and add Mustard seeds. After the Mustard Seeds are bursted, add Red Chilli pieces and Curry leaves and stir the mix.
When the colour of the mix turns into brown, add Salt and the Iddaly pieces and stir it for about 2 minutes. Then put off the stove and change the Uppuma to a Serving plate/vessel.
Uppuma made with Iddaly is ready. This Uppuma can serve as break-fast/evening snack or even in the night in place of cooked Rice/Chappathi etc.
