Heat coconut oil in a mud pot, splutter fenugreek seeds , add shallots, curry leaves. ginger, garlic, green chillies and saute it well.
Add all powders and again saute it.
Add raw mango pieces, water, salt and mix well. Cover the pot and when it starts to boil, add fish pieces.Cover and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
Grind the grated coconut to make a smooth paste. Then add the ground coconut paste to the mud pot. Cook it for another 2 minutes.
Malayora Meen Curry is ready to serve. It goes well with boiled rice. kappa or chakka puzhukk.
