Urad dal 1 cup
Moong dal 1/2 cup
jaggery 1/4 cup
ghee 5 tsp
Instructions
take moong dal, urad dal and jaggery
dry roast the moong dal and urad dal
until the dal get golden brown
add water and jaggery and melt the jaggery and filter it
grind and make a fine powder of moong dal and urad dal
add ghee and jaggery water and mix it
make as a dough
from dal dough take some and make a shape.
now dal burfi is ready to serve
