Barfi or Burfi is a very famous Indian dessert. My first try in dal, the burfi came out well and it is delicious too. this dal burfi is highly protein and good for health

  • Urad dal 1 cup
  • Moong dal 1/2 cup
  • jaggery 1/4 cup
  • ghee 5 tsp


  • take moong dal, urad dal and jaggery
  • dry roast the moong dal and urad dal
  • until the dal get golden brown
  • add water and jaggery and melt the jaggery and filter it
  • grind and make a fine powder of moong dal and urad dal
  • add ghee and jaggery water and mix it
  • make as a dough
  • from dal dough take some and make a shape.
  • now dal burfi is ready to serve
